How lessons work

I teach all levels of piano player, from absolute beginner to accomplished professional seeking refinement.
If you want to scratch your "performance bug" and learn to play for your friends, or simply learn to play for your own enjoyment, I can help you reach your musical goals!
I typically teach piano lessons to people from ages 6 through adult--my oldest student was 79 when they started!
Typically the majority of my lessons are 30 minutes, once per week. I have 45-minute and 60-minute options available.
I teach in north and south Austin at my home and my sister's home, depending on the day of the week. For kids, I hold 2 recitals per year and have options for additional performances through the school year. I have recitals for adult students also, but OPTIONAL.
I am an active member of the Austin District Music Teachers Association (ADMTA) and the Austin Chairman of the American College of Musicians, aka "Piano Guild"
